A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed against MIPS Holdings, Inc. (the “Defendant” or “MIPS”) regarding cybersecurity incident that MIPS learned it had experienced on or around June 26, 2024, in which unauthorized third parties had accessed its network and certain files and folders (the “Data Security Incident”).

You are a Settlement Class member if you reside in the United States whose Personal Information was compromised in the Data Security Incident experienced by MIPS, including all those who received notice of the Data Security Incident.

Submit a Claim Form

You must submit a valid Claim Form to receive benefits from this Settlement.

Exclude Yourself From the Settlement

— Deadline: May 22, 2026

This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Lawsuit. You will not get any monetary benefit or credit monitoring from the Settlement.

Object

— Deadline: May 22, 2026

If you stay in the Settlement, you can tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement. You give up your rights to sue, and you will not get any money or credit monitoring.
